This past weekend I had the pleasure of sharing the stage with two awesome bands. Simpl3jack and Crow Canyon. It was a splendidly fun show! We played at Bows and Arrows, a clothing store/cafe which provided free self serve water. Always the best!

Simpl3jack, oh Simpl3jack. They kicked off the show with some umph! Every song was right up in your face rockin. It was awesome! Luckily I was wearing my earplugs (which I always recommend for any concert), otherwise I don't think I would be able to hear myself type this. Regardless, these guys have got something special. Check them out when you have the chance. I have to admit I was pretty excited to be to be playing with a band who has the same name as a character from Tropic Thunder. Thank you guys!

After I was done following Simpl3jack, Crow Canyon took the stage. Fun stuff, all around good times. In a swell way. The three of these guys know how to rock! They are such a tight nit group of guys they can play off each others every move, making each song cleanly executed from start to finish. That is always fun to see. Oh, and the earplugs thing was a definite for these guys as well. Check out their internet site too.

Both of these bands and super cool, amazing musicians. Some of the nicest bunch of guys I've met. Even though they're still in High School they can rock your socks off! Kind of makes me want to go back to school...not really. More in a metaphorically speaking way, I guess. But anyway, I had a blast!
